Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Track your package through the carrier's website.

Important Notes
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, customs processing, or carrier issues.
- We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, contact us at hello@mewlishop.com.
- P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses may require additional processing time.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us within 30 days of the shipping date at hello@mewlishop.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you and your pet to love every purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.
14-Day Returns & Exchanges — returns or exchanges can be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To qualify, ALL of the following must be met:
1. Request submitted within 14 days of delivery.
2. Item is brand new, unused, and unwashed — no wear, scratches, deformation, odors, pet hair, stains, or any condition affecting resale.
3. Original packaging and all accessories are included. Items returned without original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the item price.
4. Photo proof of item condition provided before shipping the return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Beds, cushions, and fabric products removed from original packaging (hygiene reasons)
- Items showing any signs of use, washing, pet hair, or damage
- Items returned without prior approval
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Returns & Exchanges Process
1. Email hello@mewlishop.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return or exchange
- Photos of the item in its current condition
2. We will review your request within 48 hours and send return instructions with the designated return address.
3. Ship the item back within 7 days of approval with all original packaging and accessories. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer for all returns and exchanges.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping cost to you.
- We may request the item be returned for quality investigation at our expense.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect items).
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before shipping. Contact us as soon as possible at hello@mewlishop.com.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled — please follow the return process above.
