We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To start a return, email mewlishopaw@gmail.com with your order number and photos. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For hygiene reasons, beds and worn fabric items cannot be returned once removed from packaging.
