4. REFUND POLICY

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • The item is returned within 14 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • The return request was approved by our team before shipping
  • Photo proof of item condition was provided

Non-Refundable Items

  • Beds, cushions, and fabric products removed from original packaging
  • Items showing signs of use, washing, pet hair, or damage
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Original shipping charges

Refund Process

1. Submit a return request to hello@mewlishop.com with your order number and photos.

2. Wait for approval (within 48 hours).

3. Ship the item back within 7 days of approval. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

4. Refund is processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days after we confirm receipt of your return:

1. Check your bank account again

2. Contact your credit card company (processing times vary)

3. Contact your bank

4. If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, contact us at hello@mewlishop.com

Exchanges

Exchanges follow our Returns & Exchanges Policy in Section 2. You may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to the same eligibility requirements. Return shipping for exchanges is the buyer's responsibility.

If you received a defective or incorrect item, see "Defective or Incorrect Items" in Section 2 for a free replacement or refund.
